About Us
We are a micro event space that specializes in dinner parties but open to any event that you please. Cocoa Spaces was created after searching high and low for a 30th birthday event space to provide a dinner party for close friends and family. There was notice of the lack of spaces that provide a more intimate feeling. This brought upon the realization of the importance of diversity in event spaces to provide this capability. Cocoa Spaces aims to provide a creative space for any event for anyone.

Micro event spaces are for your events of 50 or less people. A more intimate feeling for those occasions that you want to have a bit more exclusivity in your inviting.

Features & Amenities
THE SPACE
1300 square feet of space and 12 foot industrial ceilings with an open concept. Features two bathrooms and new marble epoxy floors. The kitchenette has a refrigerator, microwave, sink and coffee maker. The custom made bar is on wheels to move as you please.
LOCATION
Located in Brookside East and in walking distance to convenience stores and restaurants. Parking includes a lot in the front & back with street parking and adjacent lot accessible as well.
WHATS INCLUDED
Tables and chairs (with covers) for 50 guests come with your rental. A TV, large bluetooth speaker and microphone and a grass wall for pictures helps make for a fun event!
